Tuition and Billing Information: 2026-2027
REGISTRATION FEE:
There is a registration fee for each student. This registration fee helps us purchase materials before next fall. This fee also goes toward diagnostic testing materials and school curriculum. MCS registration fee for new and returning students is listed below.
ALL registration fees must be paid separately from tuition payments.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Up to date registration will hold a students place at The Master’s Christian School (MCS).
TUITION / PAYMENT PLANS:
The annual tuition listed below is broken down into annual (all up front) or ten monthly payments.
12 monthly payments run from June - May
10 monthly payments run from August to May
All tuition payments should be made between the 1st - 15th of each month.
Late Fee: MCS will be adding a late payment fee of $25.00 to tuition payments made after the 15th of each month. We genuinely understand finances and payments are a delicate matter and want to make sure we are supporting our families in the best way that we can. Please feel free to set up an in-person meeting to communicate if payment arrangements need to be reconsidered (or) of concern to your household.
Auto Payments: Families who sign up for auto payments AND enroll by April 30th for the upcoming school year, will have their registration fee waived and receive a free polo shirt. By May 31st, the registration fee is waived. Auto payment plans can be made for full annual tuition, 12 months, (or) 10 months. Once registration is filled out, then links will be shared via email to pay the enrollment fee (if not waived) and to set up automatic payments.
